When you register, LabVelocity requires Users provide the following information:

Once an individual is a member, the individual can update his/her profile and provide additional preferential information (e.g. a member name and certain user preferences).
LabVelocity also uses an order form for customers to request information, products and services. For that order form, we collect visitor's contact information (e-mail address) and financial information (credit card numbers). Contact information from the order is used to send orders to our customers and to get in touch with the customer when necessary. Users always may opt-out of receiving future mailings.
LabVelocity may occasionally present a special contest or promotion that is sponsored by another company.
